At Cafe Lux, we are committed to delivering the finest coffee experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns on any opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your coffee arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order was not delivered.
To initiate a refund or replacement, please email us at Info@cafe-lux.co.uk with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used coffee products
- Items purchased more than 7 days ago
- Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or faulty)
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us at Info@cafe-lux.co.uk After this time, your order may already be in the process of being roasted or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
